My name is Eesha. An IT engineer by education and a coach by passion.

Growing up in the Middle East in a multicultural environment gave me insights into different cultures, behaviors and habits.

I have 8 + years of corporate experience which has helped me in understanding people, behavior and the importance of creating the right impression.

During college, I used to be the go-to person for all things communication and speaking. I realized the need of soft skills to level up and enhance one self apart from technical or " hard skills "

 ​As they say "Hard skills get you hired, soft skills help you keep the job"

And that's when I began my journey of getting certified with the aim of enhancing, you to your best self, all around.
